The name of the Vogel ski area and viewpoint comes from the mountain of the same name, 1,923 meters high, located in the southeastern part of the Julian Alps. Cable car takes you to Rjava skala, 1,000 meters above Lake Bohinj, at an altitude of 1,535 meters.
