Within the limits of our available options, we strive to ensure your journey is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Information and assistance with route planning
The INFO center is available every day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the telephone number 1991 (toll number, only available from a Slovenian network). You can also write to us at narocanje@ap-ljubljana.si.
If you require assistance during your journey, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Free transport
Holders of the European Disability Card and war veterans with a valid free subsidized IJPP ticket travel for free on intercity public passenger transport across Slovenia – on buses and trains in the LP, LPV, and RG categories.
Free transport also applies to accompanying persons when they travel together with an individual who holds a valid free subsidized IJPP ticket obtained based on their status as a European Disability Card holder. All details are available on our page about free passes.
