Velenje Castle
Velenje Castle, perched on a hill, is a fairy tale story that enchants with its history and beauty. Fully restored today, it hosts various permanent collections of the Velenje Museum, including remains of a mastodon and collections of Baroque art. Visitors are also drawn to reconstructions of a shop and a tavern from the 1930s, as well as diverse summer cultural events. Additionally, the castle is available for rent for various events and receptions.
