Online shop

To successfully process online purchases at the following data is collected from each customer before checkout:

  • name and surname
  • address
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • IP address
  • VAT ID (legal enteties)

Data is stored on the server for up to 1 year and is not transmitted to third parties.


E-mail newsletter

We ocassionally send out a newsletter for which you have to subscribe yourself with your e-mail address and confirm that you want to receive such e-mails. You can unsubscribe any time, a link UNSUBSCRIBE is provided in every e-mail or you can contact us at narocanje@ap-ljubljana.siand demand that we delete your e-mail address from the subscribers list.

During this time, data processing is limited.
  • contact information for the purpose of direct marketing is processed until your cancellation or up to 10 years.


How do we protect your data

AP Ljubljana will protect the acquired data in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with its internal acts. We will provide adequate organizational and technical protection. In any case, AP Ljubljan will not transmit or disclose tour data to third parties. AP Ljubljana implements appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.

After the end of the need for data management, i.e. after the purpose for which the data was collected is not valid anymore the data is destroyed or deleted.


What are your rights

By written request, sent to: AVTOBUSNA postaja Ljubljana d. d., Trg OF 4, 1000 Ljubljana, with the appendix “GDPR” or by e-mail  to, an individual may request access, supplement, correction, blocking, limitation of processing or deletion of personal data, objects to the processing of data processed in connection with it and requires the transmission of data.

An individual has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia if he considers that his personal data is stored or otherwise processed in violation of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.
